What a night! So exhilarating.
So much practice, and then it was over in a flash. It was wonderful to see so many different woman and different dance styles all together.
My perceptions...
Music of the hips
sway and stay
breathe and seethe
Magic motion makes the most of us
alive in living life
Pop and lock
Shimmy shock
smiling face
intricate lace
coins ting ting
as the music sings
eyelids flitter-
heart soar-
skin that glitters-
move me more
Wow. I am definitely going to continue on with this challenging and beautiful form of dance.
I am interested to try more tribal fusion. I purchased some DVDs online for daily practice. So, we'll see how that turns out.
